Completed 100% site handover at the Central Axis Road Project of Tran Bien Ward

Mr. Pham Duc Hoang, Vice Chairman of Tran Bien Ward People's Committee said: According to the plan, on November 26, the Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to organize enforcement against a number of remaining households, however, through mobilization and propaganda work, the households agreed and handed over the land to implement the project. Thereby, completing the overall work of compensation, support and resettlement arrangement for eligible cases and handing over the land reached 100% with more than 33 hectares of land of 390 cases of households, individuals and organizations affected by land acquisition to implement the project.

Member of the Provincial Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Chairman of the People's Council of Tran Bien Ward Ho Van Nam said: The completion of the site clearance work for the key project of the Central Axis Road of Tran Bien Ward is the result of the tireless efforts from the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to the synchronous implementation of many solutions by the Party Committee and People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward as well as related units and branches over the past time.

Secretary of the Party Committee of Tran Bien Ward Ho Van Nam highly appreciated the propaganda and mobilization work of the Party Committee and People's Committee's propaganda and mobilization teams to mobilize people to hand over the land, thereby helping people understand the province's policy in investing in the central axis road of Bien Hoa city in the past and Tran Bien ward at present, in order to relieve traffic pressure on the central urban area of Dong Nai province, while creating a new urban landscape and development space.

The Tran Bien Ward Central Axis Road Project is one of the local key infrastructure projects with a total length of more than 5.4km, which started construction in 2022, with a total investment of more than 1.5 trillion VND. In particular, branch 1 of the project starts from Vo Thi Sau Street, extending more than 3.7km to the end of the route at the intersection of An Hao Bridge and Dang Van Tron Street, and branch 2 of the project is more than 1.7km long, from the roundabout intersecting with branch 1 at Cu Lao Hiep Hoa to the end of the route at the intersection of Buu Hoa Bridge and Dang Van Tron Street.

Regarding the project's construction progress, the representative of the investor, the Dong Nai Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, said that up to this point, the total construction volume of the project has reached about 70%. After completing the site handover, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board is urging contractors to focus on human resources, equipment, overtime, and shift work with the goal of striving to open the technical traffic in December 2025.
