Taking place from November 27 to December 1, 2025, the 4th International Festival of New Music brings together the participation of nearly 30 international musicians and artists from: Russian Federation, Tatarstan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Adygea, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Japan, China, Australia, Laos.

Besides, there are more than 220 musicians and artists from domestic art troupes: Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, Vietnam National Academy of Music, Vietnam National Opera and Ballet, Military University of Culture and Arts, Vietnam Musicians Association...
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the public was treated to a symphony concert performed by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra and the Vietnam National Opera and Ballet Choir, under the baton of Associate Professor, Doctor, Musician Do Hong Quan and Conductor Tetsuji Honna.

The public can enjoy international chamber music concerts, chamber music concerts of young Vietnamese musicians, and traditional folk music concerts held at the Small Concert Hall, Vietnam National Academy of Music; Concert Hall of the Military University of Culture and Arts; Heritage Park (Cao Phong, Phu Tho ).
The Festival Closing Ceremony and Symphony Concert will take place on the evening of December 1 at the Grand Concert Hall, Vietnam National Academy of Music.
