Mr. Tong Thanh Hai, Vice Chairman of Lai Chau Provincial People's Committee, has just signed Decision No. 2902, approving the script of the Art Program to Welcome the Party Congresses at all levels and the opening of Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2025 with the theme "Magnificent Lai Chau - brilliant colors".
Accordingly, the program will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 28, 2025 at Lai Chau Provincial People's Square. With a duration of 70 minutes, the art program content includes an opening performance and 3 chapters.
The opening performance was the song and dance "The Party flag shines forever in the border area" (composed by Meritorious Artist Minh Cu - Thanh Chung, Choreographed by Meritorious Artist Minh Tam, Meritorious Artist Trung Hung, Khanh Chi, Minh Quang) performed by Tien Hung and the male and female choir and 315 dancers.
Next, Chapter 1: Lai Chau - the legendary land, includes 4 scenes with the songs "Returning to Lai Chau", "Cloud hunting song", "Returning to the Rhododendron region", "Sila season festival".
Chapter 2: Lai Chau - Symphony of colors with songs: "Finding the sunlight", "Fragrance and color of Muong Than", "Highland market", "New village festival"; Dance "Colors of brocade".
In Chapter 3: Lai Chau - Aspiration to reach far, there are the songs "Songs from the borderland", "Magnificent Lai Chau", "Legendary Lai Chau".
The program has the participation of 348 professional and amateur artists, singers, dancers and 20 artisans.
Among them are famous artists: People's Artist Xuan Bac, Meritorious Artist Minh Tam; musicians: Meritorious Artist Minh Cu, Ho Trong Tuan, Cao Xuan Dung, Thanh Chung, Vuong Long, To Van, Bui Truong Giang; choreographers: Meritorious Artist Trung Hung, Khanh Chi, Minh Quang, Hong Tham; singers: Meritorious Artist Tien Hung, Dinh Trang, Quoc Vuong, Huy Quyet, Dinh Thanh Le, Minh Hai, Luong Hai Yen, Luu Quoc Vuong and Bien Xanh Dance Group.
Lai Chau Tourism - Culture Week 2025 is organized at the provincial level, taking place for 3 days (from November 28 - 30, 2025) to honor the fine traditional cultural identities of ethnic groups.
This is an opportunity for Lai Chau to introduce its potential, strengths and unique tourism products to domestic and international tourists, while expanding connections, attracting businesses to survey and build new tours. The event promises to bring visitors new and attractive perspectives on a safe, friendly and potential destination.
