Regarding the coordination between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Committee for Culture and Society, since the beginning of the term, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has always received the attention of the Party and State leaders in the fields of culture, sports and tourism. The Prime Minister has assessed and commented that "culture continues to receive attention and culture has never achieved as many important results as at this time". In the Reports in the 7th and 8th Sessions of the 15th National Assembly, the content on the field of culture, sports and tourism has been mentioned quite comprehensively, recognized and highly appreciated by the Party and State leaders, and supported by the people. During the 2021-2026 term, the questioning activities at the National Assembly and the National Assembly Standing Committee on the field of culture, sports and tourism took place in a context where society placed many new requirements on the effectiveness of state management, especially issues related to the cultural environment, domestic violence, festivals, advertising, heritage conservation, development of high-performance sports and tourism recovery after the pandemic. In all these activities, the coordination between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Committee for Culture and Society was implemented closely, responsibly and methodically.
Research and field surveys are an important basis for the Committee on Culture and Society to make accurate and practical policy recommendations. During the term, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has closely coordinated with the Committee on Culture and Society in all stages of organizing and implementing surveys, especially in key areas such as grassroots culture, cultural heritage, advertising, mass sports, and community tourism.

Besides, the coordination between the Committee for Culture and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in recent times has been very close and effective.

In the cultural field, there is an explosion of the cultural industry and the entertainment industry, in which the two fields of Cinema and Performing Arts stand out. This success does not stop at performance, revenue or audience numbers, but more importantly, we have identified the key sectors of the Vietnamese cultural industry for development.
In addition, foreign culture continues to shine in the international arena, becoming a bridge connecting friends from all over the world to better understand Vietnam. In many foreign activities, we have used culture to introduce and demonstrate the "soft power" of the country.
In particular, in 2025, the UNESCO Executive Board unanimously approved Vietnam's initiative to propose the United Nations to consider announcing the "International Decade of Culture for Sustainable Development". This demonstrates Vietnam's positive contribution to the flow of human civilization.
In addition, the work of preserving and promoting heritage continues to be promoted. We continue to honor, set records and brands for heritage, creating conditions to turn heritage into assets. Grassroots cultural work, preserving cultural values of ethnic minorities continues to be focused on and promoted, contributing to preserving and promoting the richness and diversity of Vietnamese culture.

In the field of sports, we have persistently implemented the Party and President Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint on sports development, most recently implementing Conclusion 70 of the Politburo, which has created a foundation for mass sports to develop extensively, with more than 38% of the population regularly practicing, soon achieving the set targets for the term. Sports have become a factor in improving the quality of human resources and the appearance of Vietnamese people. High-performance sports continue to be invested in, SEA Games are focused on, creating a foundation to move towards continental and world goals (ASIAD, Olympics).

Tourism has developed and become a bright spot in the socio-economic picture. We have quickly achieved and exceeded many tourism targets, and have been ranked and highly appreciated by international tourism organizations. We are currently "redrawing the map of Vietnam tourism", innovating the way of promotion and advertising.
The press sector continues to maintain stable development. The Press Law (amended) is being considered for approval by the National Assembly at the 10th Session to remove bottlenecks, create development for the press in the coming period, and continue to let the press promote its role as a conduit of knowledge and a link of trust between the Party, the State and the People.
Reiterating the viewpoint: "Culture is the foundation - Information is the conduit - Sports is the strength - Tourism is the connecting bridge", to effectively carry out the tasks in the coming time, Minister Nguyen Van Hung requested the Committee for Culture and Society and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to continue to pay attention to the human factor and organizational structure, investment resources, application of science and technology, law enforcement supervision...
