BAC NINH - In Document No. 5112/UBND-KTN, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed to the policy of adjusting the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 "Urban and service area west of Cho town, subdivision A" of Yen Phong commune and Van Mon commune, Bac Ninh province at the request of the Department of Construction.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that the planning adjustment must ensure the structure, ratio, density, etc. according to current regulations and standards and be more suitable and positive than the approved planning at a higher level.

In addition, encourage and consider mandatory planning adjustments in a better direction such as increasing the ratio of water surface, trees, traffic, reducing construction density but increasing or maintaining the land use coefficient of mixed plots, high-rise plots, minimizing the division of low-rise plots. Mandatory application of "permeable" urban construction solutions, ecology, surface drainage axis of the entire area by open channels, calculating indicators to ensure adequate compensation of the volume of surface water of the urban area compared to the current status of agricultural land; planning is favorable for both situations if wastewater treatment is applied at the source.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to preside over, coordinate, and guide investors in organizing the preparation and adjustment of detailed planning, and submit it to competent authorities for appraisal and approval according to regulations.
