Hoat Giang Commune basically completed giving out Independence Day gifts.

(Baothanhhoa.vn) - As of 9:00 p.m. on August 31, Hoat Giang commune had basically paid Independence Day gifts to local people.

Many people of Hoat Giang commune were present at the village cultural house to receive Independence Day gifts on the afternoon of August 31.

Implementing the Prime Minister's telegram and the direction of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on giving gifts to people on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day September 2, on the afternoon of August 31, Hoat Giang commune promptly organized the payment of gifts to people in the area.

To ensure the payment work is carried out thoroughly, the People's Committee of Hoat Giang commune has established 22 working groups including officers from departments, offices, units, police, Women's Union, Youth Union... to carry out tasks at 22 locations.

Commune officials participate in paying gifts to people

Mr. Nguyen The Phuong, Vice Chairman of Hoat Giang Commune People's Committee, said: The total amount of money to be paid on this occasion is expected to be 2 billion 155 million VND. As of 9:00 p.m. today, the assigned working groups have basically completed the payment of Independence Day gifts to the people.

For cases where money cannot be received on August 31 for various reasons, the Commune People's Committee will continue to review to make payments in accordance with Government regulations.

People were excited to receive Independence Day gifts.

The fact that people received gifts from the Party and State on the occasion of Independence Day created a joyful and exciting atmosphere, spreading faith, patriotism, national solidarity, and joining hands to build a strong and prosperous homeland and country.
