- On the morning of August 29, a delegation of the Labor Federation of Bac Ninh province offered incense at the Memorial Site of Comrade Hoang Van Thu and surveyed the construction of a lighting line in Coc Man village, Khau Pha hamlet, Hoang Van Thu commune. The delegation included leaders and officials of the Labor Federation of Lang Son province and leaders and officials of Hoang Van Thu commune.
