At exactly 5:45 a.m. on September 2, the baby boy of Dang Thi Van Anh (from Ky Xuan commune) was successfully delivered by doctors and nurses of the Obstetrics Department (Provincial General Hospital) to the great joy of her family, relatives and doctors. The baby boy weighed 3.6kg and was delivered naturally by doctors. After birth, both mother and baby were in stable health. Unable to hide her joy after successfully giving birth, the mother Dang Thi Van Anh shared: “This is my first child, so when I entered the delivery room, I couldn't help but worry. Only when I heard my baby cry did I feel reassured and happy. What makes me proud is that my baby was born at the moment the country celebrated the 80th anniversary of National Day, September 2. To forever remember this proud and special moment, my husband and I decided to name our baby Quoc Khanh."
