The voluntary blood donation program, themed "Spring Festival of Red Blood, Drops of Red Blood from Ninh Binh Police," was held as part of the Ninh Binh Police's "Red Drop" campaign.

On the morning of February 29th, the Ninh Binh Provincial Police, in coordination with the Ninh Binh Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation, organized a voluntary blood donation program themed "Spring Festival of Blood Donation - A Drop of Blood from Ninh Binh Police".

The voluntary blood donation activities of police officers and soldiers are regularly organized, demonstrating the noble, compassionate, and responsible spirit of the Ninh Binh Police force towards the community. The donated blood units will contribute to the timely replenishment of blood supplies for medical facilities in the area, serving emergency and treatment purposes, and helping to alleviate the current difficulties in blood supply for medical facilities…

On the first day of the program, the Organizing Committee collected more than 150 units of blood and transferred them to medical facilities to support patient treatment.
