The art program "The Time of Red Flowers"

On the morning of October 11th, in Ha Long City, the Quang Ninh Association of Literature and Arts, in coordination with the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, organized the art program "The Time of Red Flowers".

Leaders of the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs presented flowers to congratulate the program.

The program presents to the public 12 musical and dance performances composed by domestic and Quang Ninh musicians; performed by singers, artists, and actors who are members of the Quang Ninh Association of Literature and Arts and the Provincial Cultural Center.

The works have pure content, contributing to honoring the contributions of wounded soldiers, martyrs, and those who have rendered meritorious service to the revolution and the cause of national liberation; praising the fighting and sacrifice of the heroic soldiers of Uncle Ho's army; and praising the land and people of Quang Ninh, and the heroic Vietnam in combat, and its resilience and self-reliance in construction and development.
