Digital transformation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in leadership, management, and administration.

(CTTĐTBP) - On the afternoon of April 23, the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in the Provincial Party Agencies held its first meeting. Ms. Huynh Thi Hang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Steering Committee, chaired the meeting.

During the meeting, the Steering Committee members reviewed and commented on the following issues: the implementation plan for Plan No. 365-KH/TU dated April 15, 2025, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the implementation of the Digital Transformation project in Party agencies; the working regulations, the notice of task assignment for members, and the decision to establish the Working Group to assist the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in provincial Party agencies.

Members of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation in provincial Party agencies gave their opinions at the meeting.

At the same time, members also made practical suggestions and proposals to accelerate the digital transformation process in Party agencies, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of leadership, guidance, and management, in conjunction with administrative procedure reform and innovation in the Party's leadership methods.

Ms. Huynh Thi Hang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, and Head of the Steering Committee, affirmed that Binh Phuoc has achieved some positive results and has been highly appreciated for its digital awareness, achieving a relatively high ranking in digital transformation. Party agencies need to keep pace with digital transformation; this is an urgent requirement that should not be delayed. This will lead to the innovation of leadership, direction, and overall management methods; changing the working environment and methods from traditional to digital. This will increase the efficiency of work processing, making it faster, more comprehensive, substantive, synchronized, and consistent; the digital environment will serve the practical environment.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Huynh Thi Hang requested that the assigned agencies and members of the Steering Committee coordinate closely to ensure the progress of the work. Regarding the opinions raised by the members during the meeting, she requested that the Provincial Party Committee Office incorporate, refine, and further review the plan to ensure high consensus upon its issuance.
