IDECAF's "Fairy Tale" Returns

"Fairy Tales" is an art program for children of IDECAF Drama Theater, along with the program "Once upon a time" which has been considered a brand. "Fairy Tales" with humorous, funny andeducational dramatic stories will reunite with the audience after a 14-year hiatus.

The play "The Adventures of a Doll Boy" (author: Quang Thao, director: Dinh Toan) features the following artists: Dai Nghia, Dinh Toan, Bach Long, Thanh Thuy, Hong Anh, Hoang Trinh, Quang Thao, Mai Phuong, Dong Hai... The play tells the story of a doll house. The couple who own the house have no children so they decide to invent a doll boy who looks almost like a human. From there, problems arise surrounding the appearance of a new member.

"Fairy Tale" is usually performed during the Christmas season. 14 years ago, it was staged for 4 numbers. Due to difficulties on the stage, the show was temporarily suspended. This time, it is back because the artists have many filming schedules at the end of the year, so IDECAF Drama Theater cannot organize a performance during Christmas. Therefore, the show will be performed in January 2024" - Mr. Huynh Anh Tuan informed.

Five shows will debut at the Youth Theater (in the Youth Cultural House, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City) from January 7 to 28, 2024. Performances will be on Saturday and Sunday every week, at 9:30 am and 3 pm.
