CAHN Club: A "sweet" victory in every sense.
On the night of April 30th, CAHN Club presented a special gift to their numerous fans to celebrate the 50th anniversary of national reunification, defeating PSM Makassar 2-0 in the second leg of the semi-final, completing a spectacular comeback after losing 0-1 away in the first leg.
A truly sweet victory, allowing CAHN Club to make history as one of only two teams from the region to reach the first-ever final of the Southeast Asian Champions League.
Furthermore, CAHN Club also became the leading representative of Vietnamese football in conquering international competitions; at this time, they are the only remaining teams in the Southeast Asian Champions League and Ho Chi Minh City Women's Club in the semi-finals of the first season of the AFC Champions League.

While the V-League 2024-2025 championship may be slipping away, reaching the semi-finals of the National Cup and the final of the Southeast Asian Champions League (against one of two teams, PG Pathum United or Buriram United) gives CAHN Club the opportunity to achieve a historic double.
That's too much!
Besides the morale boost, CAHN Club also has a strong motivation thanks to the significant revenue generated from the Southeast Asian Champions League, where the organizers fully cover their travel and accommodation costs for away matches.
In addition, the financial support from the organizing committee, including $50,000 for stadium renovations and upgrades, and $125,000 for 5 away matches in the group stage ($25,000 per match), helped the team pocket $175,000 (nearly 4.5 billion VND) by the end of the group stage.

Phan Văn Đức and his teammates have the opportunity to become the first Vietnamese club to win an international tournament.

Victory against PSM Makassar In the semi-finals, the police team was guaranteed a minimum prize of $200,000 for finishing second, bringing the total amount they could receive to $375,000 (approximately 10 billion VND).
If they defeat Thailand in the Southeast Asian Champions League final, coach Mano Polking's team will receive a huge bonus of up to $400,000, bringing the total amount received from the organizers to $575,000 (approximately 15 billion VND).
As mentioned above, the CAHN Club has all its travel and accommodation expenses covered by the Organizing Committee for away matches. They only have to cover the accommodation and transportation costs for the Organizing Committee members, supervisors, and referees during home matches, so their profit margin is quite significant.
However, judging by the determination of Quang Hai and his teammates in the second leg of the semi-final, the greatest aspiration of CAHN Club is to represent Vietnam, with the determination to help Vietnam achieve the highest possible result in the top club competition in Southeast Asia, alongside the first National Cup title in history.
