2026 marks the first time Vietnam will host the Full IRONMAN 140.6 distance – meaning the scale of the event will be elevated to a completely different level. Not only will the number of athletes increase significantly and the race duration be longer, but the entire underlying technology system must also meet the stringent operational standards of an international endurance race.
Notably, this year marks the first time Vietnam has hosted the Full IRONMAN 140.6 race – a world-renowned endurance challenge with a total distance of 226 km, including 3.8 km swimming, 180 km cycling, and a 42.2 km marathon. CMC Telecom has three members who directly conquered this milestone.

Simultaneously, the company has 38 athletes participating in various categories, from Relay Team and Half IRONMAN 70.3 to Full IRONMAN 140.6. CMC Telecom's team also made it into the TOP 3 of the Corporate Challenge – a category for companies with outstanding sports activities.
