CMC Telecom Joint Stock Company (“CMC Telecom”) would like to inform our valued customers about the relocation of equipment after the termination of the server colocation service at CMC Telecom's data center. This notice aims to ensure that our valued customers are aware of the regulations and carry out the equipment relocation on time, in order to avoid any unforeseen problems.
1. Timeframe for equipment relocation:
• If the service contract specifies a deadline for equipment removal after service termination, please comply with this provision.
• Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the deadline for equipment removal is within 24 hours of service termination.
2. Handling equipment when it cannot be moved in time:
• In the event that the relocation deadline is exceeded, if the Customer has not yet picked up the equipment and has not completed the related payments, CMC Telecom will send an official notification to the Customer's contact address (either via written document or email).
• After receiving notification, if the customer does not come to collect the equipment within 3 days, CMC Telecom will consider the customer to have relinquished ownership of this equipment.
3. Right to dispose of unclaimed equipment:
• Equipment that is not removed within the specified timeframe will be treated by CMC Telecom as abandoned equipment. Customers agree that they will no longer have the right to possess, dispose of, lease, lend, sell, give away, or benefit from this equipment.
• At the same time, the Customer agrees not to make any claims or lawsuits related to the equipment.
