"You won't escape me": A Vietnamese film about online fraud.

Director Nguyen Hoang Anh, the woman behind the success of films like "Sticky Rice and White Rice" and "Female Lead," will return to audiences with a new television drama project, "Don't Even Think About Escaping Me," an action-crime series.

The film focuses on themes of human trafficking, online fraud, and cross-border crime investigation. In particular, besides depicting the intense confrontation between undercover police forces and sophisticated criminal networks, the film also intertwines complex relationships of love, hate, and ideals.

"You Can't Escape Me" features a star-studded cast including: Thúy Ngân, Võ Cảnh, Lê Phương, Lan Thy, Otis Đỗ Nhật Trường, Runner-up Thủy Tiên, Peter Phạm, and Lê Hải.

According to Thúy Ngân, more than anyone else, she doesn't want to repeat herself in previous roles and sets the criterion that each role must have its own personality and psychological depth.

With this project, Thúy Ngân will present a new image - a serious, capable female police officer who especially loves her younger sister, a stark contrast to her previous image as an energetic and lively girl.

In this project, Thúy Ngân has another opportunity to collaborate with her co-star Võ Cảnh after their previous collaboration in the film "7 Years Without Getting Married, We'll Break Up" . Notably, the film also marks the reunion of Thúy Ngân and Lê Phương after 7 years since "Sticky Rice, White Rice".

According to Le Phuong, during filming, she and Thuy Ngan worked together very well and had many humorous situations.

For this project, for the first time in her career, Le Phuong cut her hair short to transform into the strong-willed character Kimmie.

"You Can't Escape Me" will be broadcast exclusively on the VieON platform at 8 PM every Friday and Saturday, starting from July 4th.
