On the afternoon of October 20th, the cast and crew of the film "The Downstream War" held a meet-and-greet to introduce the film. Director Mr. Tô and actors Lê Phương, Thái Hòa, Meritorious Artist Kim Phương, Trịnh Thảo, Trần Nhậm, Phúc An, and others were all present.

Sharing her thoughts on her next collaboration with Thai Hoa, playing a married couple, Le Phuong said she was quite worried about whether her co-star would be demanding or strict. However, she admitted that in real life, Thai Hoa is very cheerful and friendly, but extremely serious at work. And what she learned the most from him was his meticulousness. He took very careful and systematic notes on each scene he was responsible for. She found this very interesting and inspiring.

One thing Le Phuong also noticed was that Thai Hoa was very versatile during filming. Even with the same scene and lines, he would change things up each time, requiring his co-stars to be very focused and ready to improvise.
As for Thai Hoa, he admitted that he really enjoyed working with Le Phuong because she was always dedicated to her roles, always wanting to explore and improve her acting.
In "The Downstream War ," Le Phuong also had the opportunity to break away from her usual gentle and submissive roles. This role had many climactic scenes, allowing her to release everything she had been suppressing for so long, to speak and express her true inner emotions.

As for Thai Hoa, after two impressive film roles in *The Tunnel: The Sun in the Darkness* and *Battle in the Air* , this return to television brings him many emotions.
He said he has always loved acting in television dramas because it allows him to live with the character for longer periods, experience emotions and settings, and bond with the crew for an extended time. That feeling makes him feel like he is truly living the character's life.
The Downstream War (12 episodes, directed by Mr. Tô, written by Team Nhi Bùi - Mr. Tô) takes viewers into the turbulent life of a poor family in a bustling city. When their only refuge is threatened, each member struggles with various tragicomic schemes to preserve their "makeshift home." Then, secrets and conflicts gradually come to light, pushing everything to the brink of collapse.
The film will officially air exclusively on VieON at 8:00 p.m. every Thursday and Friday, starting October 23.
