Preschool teacher "shines" at provincial-level competition.

Returning from the provincial-level knowledge and professional competition, teacher Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh (born in 1995) carries with her beautiful memories, knowledge, skills, and experience to enhance her professional expertise. And especially, the proud first prize brought immense happiness, further fueling Thuy Linh's love and passion for teaching.

Thuy Linh said: “The competition is an opportunity for me to learn and exchange experiences with colleagues and friends throughout the province on applying advanced educational methods; how to effectively utilize teaching aids and toys in organizing learning through play for children; and how to build an educational environment in preschools in central areas. I will continuously improve my moral character as a teacher, my love for children, and strive to learn more professionally to be worthy of the title of Excellent Preschool Teacher at the provincial level.”

Thùy Linh participated in the competition with a presentation on her innovative teaching experience: "Inspiring and fostering a reading habit in 5-year-old preschool children." This reflects her experiences throughout her teaching career, focusing on how to make children love books, how to make books their close companions, and how to help them develop holistically and confidently enter first grade.

In the practical lesson on the topic: the magic of wind, Thùy Linh combined the use of modern teaching aids with vivid and engaging visual learning methods. Her lesson went beyond theory and incorporated physical games, creating excitement and positive interaction among the children and between teacher and students. Thùy Linh's gentle, calm, confident, and approachable demeanor, along with her ability to create emotional engagement through captivating situations, was highly praised by the judges and her colleagues.

Being a child lover and having a talent for singing, even while still in school, this girl from Ky Ha had nurtured the dream of becoming a preschool teacher. That's why Thuy Linh chose the Faculty of Preschool Education at Ha Tinh University to fulfill that dream. This is also her way of relieving the economic burden on her parents – hardworking farmers.

After graduating from university in 2017, Thùy Linh started working at Hoa Sen Kindergarten (Kỳ Anh Town). In 2019, after being recruited, the young teacher began teaching at Kỳ Phương Kindergarten and has been working at Kỳ Hà Kindergarten from 2021 to the present.

Thùy Linh shared: “In the early days of my career, I faced quite a few challenges, including lack of experience and work pressure. However, with the support of the school's administration, my colleagues, and the sparkling eyes of joy from the children, I was able to overcome the difficulties and become increasingly committed to the career I have chosen.”

Having dedicated eight years to her profession with passion and love for children, Thùy Linh has accumulated valuable experience in teaching. Working alongside her colleagues to build a happy environment for children, she also regularly learns, researches, and adopts new educational methods and activities to effectively implement the theme: "Child-Centered Education."

From her teaching experience at the school, she has also contributed many innovative ideas to improve the quality of education, such as: educating 4-year-old children on cultural behavior; improving the quality of education through experiential learning for 5-year-old children; and inspiring and fostering the habit of reading in 5-year-old kindergarten children. In addition, as the Secretary of the school's Youth Union branch and a member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union in Ky Anh town, Thuy Linh actively participates in the Union's activities. For many years, she has received commendations from the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh town.

Seeing her name on the list of outstanding preschool teachers at the provincial level brought her even greater honor and pride. The young teacher became even more aware of her responsibility to cultivate her moral character and abilities to live up to this prestigious title. Along with that, the trust and affection of her students and parents are also a great motivation for Thùy Linh to continue dedicating herself to the noble profession of educating children.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh is a teacher who is always dynamic in innovating teaching methods, responsible, dedicated to her profession, loves her students, and is close to her colleagues. Winning first prize at the Provincial Excellent Preschool Teacher Competition is a well-deserved achievement for her efforts, creativity, and love for the profession. This also serves as motivation and strengthens the belief of the school's teaching staff to continuously strive towards improving the quality of childcare and education, and to be more confident in participating in larger knowledge and professional competitions.
