Opportunities and challenges related to intellectual property in the field of AI

(DN) - On April 23, the Department of Science and Technology organized the Conference "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Products and Intellectual Property: Opportunities for Discovery and Related Legal Issues". This is an activity responding to the importance and message of World Intellectual Property Day (April 26) in 2025.

The parties will work together to identify and find appropriate legal solutions to promote the sustainable development of AI, while protecting the rights of creators and encouraging innovation.
