The Ministry of Science and Technology has just announced a list of 21 major problems in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, marking an important step in implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo. This is considered a driving force for the strong development of Vietnam's science and technology sector.

Practical problems not only help Vietnamese digital technology enterprises research and solve problems but also create a solid foundation for the country's sustainable development in international integration.
This portfolio focuses on key areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), biotechnology, and blockchain, to enhance national competitiveness, promote digital transformation, and create a solid foundation for sustainable development.
Some key issues include:
Building a national biological data platform integrating AI, supporting research and application of advanced science ; Developing digital platforms and smart sensors to serve sustainable aquaculture; Researching and manufacturing 5G equipment, aiming for 6G equipment, anticipating telecommunications technology trends; Manufacturing low-altitude satellites, creating a premise for the development of Vietnam's space technology; Building a semiconductor chip factory, improving national technological capacity,...
The Ministry of Science and Technology has assigned digital technology enterprises to proactively research, mobilize resources and participate in solving these problems. At the same time, agencies under the Ministry will play the role of connecting information, coordinating support, and ensuring the effective participation of Vietnamese technology enterprises.
