Every year, the Provincial Public Employees' Union develops a plan to direct 100% of the grassroots trade unions under it to coordinate with the heads of agencies and units to organize conferences of civil servants, public employees and employees according to regulations. 

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Loan, Chairwoman of the Provincial Public Employees' Union, through inspecting and supervising the implementation of regimes and policies for employees, implementing grassroots democracy regulations, and implementing the resolutions of the annual conference of civil servants and employees, most agencies and units have well implemented the regimes related to employees.

The interest in civil servants is also reflected in many practical activities. On holidays and Tet holidays, trade unions at all levels organize caring activities such as: During the Tet reunion program, visit and encourage, give gifts to 5.448 employees and their families when facing difficulties, illnesses, or hardships. Provincial Union of Officials organized 5 sports and cultural activities, 1 contest to learn about Vietnam Trade Union; The Communist Party of Vietnam organized 125 seminars, 357 cultural and artistic exchange activities, sports, resources, learning experiences.

Over the years, the Communist Party of Binh Dinh Customs Department regularly organizes and participates in cultural and sports activities and achieves many high achievements. Chairman of the Trade Union of Customs Department Truong Van Chung said: "The Executive Committee of the Trade Union cooperates with the leadership of the unit to do a good job of propaganda so that the union members are aware of culture, art, and sports are useful activities, from which they always actively participate".

Building a strong trade union

Provincial Public Employees' Union is managing 60 trade unions, 80 member trade unions, divisional unions, 235 trade union groups with 5.179 union members/5.211 civil servants, including 2.961 female union members. Compared to the beginning of the term, there has been an increase of 1.585 union members. 100% of employees are eligible to join a trade union.

In addition, trade union organizations at all levels were promptly consolidated and consolidated to ensure leadership and organization of trade union activities. The work of improving the operational efficiency of trade union cadres is carried out regularly, and 8 training sessions have been organized, fostering and guiding professional skills for 346 turns of trade union cadres.

The direction and organization of trade union congresses at all levels for the term of 2023 - 2028 ensure the proposed content, programs and plans, and personnel work according to regulations. As a result, there are 265 members of the Executive Committee, including 113 women who join the Executive Committees of the Communist Party of Vietnam for the term 2023-2028.

According to Mr. Ho Tran Nhat Duy, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Public Employees Union, trade unions at all levels have well implemented the working regulations between the committees and the executive committee of the trade union; regulations on coordination between trade unions and the government. The work of education, retraining and introduction of elite union members for the Party to consider and admit is always concerned by trade unions at all levels. During the 2017-2023 term, 326 elite trade unionists were admitted to the Party.
