Cong Phuong shines again.

On the afternoon of December 26th, Dong Nai Club maintained their impressive form in the friendly matches by defeating Quang Ninh with a score of 3-1.

At Cam Pha Stadium, Dong Nai started proactively and quickly put pressure on Quang Ninh's defense. Alex Sandro opened the scoring in the 17th minute with a neat finish. In the 37th minute, Hoang Duong doubled the lead, giving the team from the Southeast region a significant advantage going into halftime.

In the second half, Quang Ninh tried to push forward and scored a goal to narrow the gap, but that was all the home team could manage. In the 61st minute, Cong Phuong made his mark. In a well-organized attack, the 1995-born striker provided a perfect assist for Alex Sandro to complete his brace, sealing a 3-1 victory for Dong Nai.

Although he didn't score directly, Cong Phuong showed his important role in the team's attacking system. He continued to shine after recovering from injury. On December 13th, Cong Phuong made a perfect comeback, scoring a goal to help Dong Nai FC win 3-0 against Van Hien University.
