DAT Group Joint Stock Company launches a digital transformation roadmap consulting project with FPT Digital.

DAT Group Joint Stock Company andFPT Digital have launched a Consulting Project to develop a digital transformation strategy and roadmap for the period 2025-2027. This is a crucial strategic step to improve operational efficiency, optimize processes, and strengthen DAT Group's position in the market.

The two organizations signed a cooperation agreement.

At the launch ceremony, Mr. Tieu Van Dat, General Director of DAT Group, emphasized: "Digital transformation is a strategic step that helps us not only improve efficiency but also build a digital culture, making us flexible and always ready to embrace new opportunities in developing advanced products, solutions, and services. We are honored to cooperate with FPT Digital to take solid steps together, bringing positive results for DAT Group in the future. DAT's digital transformation journey is not just about integrating technology solutions, but also about a comprehensive change from mindset to action.”

The project "Developing a roadmap and implementation plan for DAT Group's digital transformation in the period 2025-2027, with a vision to 2030" will be implemented in collaboration with FPT Digital, and will consist of three phases.

FPT Digital will conduct a survey of the current state of digital transformation to gather accurate and sufficient information necessary for analyzing and evaluating the current level of digital transformation at DAT Group across six major categories: Digital customer experience; Strategy; Digital infrastructure and technology ; Operations; Corporate culture transformation; and Data and information assets.

Next, FPT Digital will prioritize and develop a digital transformation roadmap, as well as determine how to implement digital initiatives based on capabilities and development potential, aiming for the highest efficiency in DAT Group's post-digital transformation activities.

Finally, FPT Digital will provide training and guidance on digital transformation at DAT Group, equipping the core team with comprehensive knowledge and skills to be ready for deployment, ensuring the digital transformation process stays on track and achieves the set goals. Digital transformation communication will also be established to ensure company personnel are fully aware of each transformation stage and receive support from stakeholders.
