A sustained effort to maintain and develop.

The complex fluctuations in the global economy , particularly the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the real estate crisis in China, have placed significant pressure on Vietnam's cement industry. The cement export market has declined, while domestic consumption has been insufficient to compensate due to reduced public investment and continuous price reductions by domestic cement brands to maintain operations. The sharp decline in cement exports, coupled with the increase in clinker export tax from 5% to 10%, has created significant pressure on selling prices and sales volume.

However, in 2024, the company basically completed its production and business targets. This was demonstrated by indicators such as: planned production of 890,000 tons, achieved 906,500 tons; pre-tax profit reached VND 55 billion, exceeding the plan by VND 10 billion; after- tax profit reached VND 44.1 billion. The company created jobs for more than 300 employees, with an average income of VND 12.65 million/person/month. In 2025, the cement market is expected to face many difficulties, so the company strives to achieve the same sales volume and other indicators as in 2024.

By promoting and enhancing the leadership role of the Party, Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company has continuously achieved success in its production and business activities, as well as affirming its brand in the Vietnamese cement industry. In 2018, the company was awarded the National Quality Silver Award for 2017 by the Prime Minister for its products. This is the only quality award to honor businesses, decided by the Prime Minister. The award has contributed to improving the material and technical capacity of businesses in general and Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company - VVMI in particular in the process of strengthening the country's economic integration with the regional and global economies.

Along with developing production and business, the company also focuses on caring for the lives of its employees. For many years, the company has been awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Labor Union for its outstanding achievements in creating favorable conditions for trade union activities and caring for employees at the enterprise.
