In order to ensure the consistent and unified leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors for business activities, the Party Committee organizes serious and quality activities according to the provisions of the Party Charter, the content of the activities is a combination of the content of performing professional tasks and Party and mass organization work.

The Party Committee of Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company focuses on training, planning and appointing leaders and managers at all levels with the orientation of rejuvenating the management team, ensuring ethical standards, professional capacity, and clear political attitude to meet the requirements of the position.

The Party Committee has a total of 92 members; the Company has 6 functional departments and 3 workshops with nearly 320 cadres and employees. The Party Committee always promotes the role and importance of the grassroots Party organization in the process of leading and directing the implementation of political tasks assigned by the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Northern Mining Industry Corporation TKV-CTCP. With dynamism and enthusiasm, the Party Committee Executive Board always closely follows the resolutions of the Party Committees at all levels, thoroughly grasps and promptly deploys them to Party members and affiliated professional departments to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

The resolutions, programs and action plans of the Party Committee of Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company always follow the Party's guidelines and policies, the leadership and direction of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors at all levels, and closely follow the actual situation in the operating area. Therefore, over the past years, the Company has achieved achievements in all aspects. The business targets and tasks have all been achieved compared to the Resolution.

Persistent efforts to maintain and develop

The complex fluctuations of the world economy , especially the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the real estate crisis in China, have created great pressure on the Vietnamese cement industry. The cement export market has declined, while domestic consumption demand is not enough to compensate due to the decline in public investment and domestic cement brands continuously lowering prices to maintain operations. The sharp decline in the cement export market, along with the increase in clinker export tax rate from 5% to 10%, has created great pressure on selling prices and consumption output.

However, in 2024, the Company has basically completed the set production and business targets. This is shown through the following targets: The planned output was 890,000 tons, achieved 906,500 tons; pre-tax profit reached 55 billion VND, exceeding the plan by 10 billion VND; after-tax profit reached 44.1 billion VND. The Company creates jobs for more than 300 employees, with an average income of 12.65 million VND/person/month. In 2025, the cement consumption market is expected to face many difficulties, so the Company strives for consumption output and some other targets to be equal to 2024.

By promoting and enhancing the leadership role of the Party, Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company has continuously achieved success in production and business activities as well as affirmed its brand in the Vietnamese Cement industry. In 2018, the Company was awarded the 2017 National Quality Silver Award by the Prime Minister for its products. This is the only award on quality to honor enterprises, decided by the Prime Minister to award. The award has contributed to improving the material and technical capacity of enterprises in general and Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company - VVMI in particular in the process of enhancing the country's economic integration with the regional and world economies.

In 2018, the Company was awarded the 2017 National Quality Silver Award by the Prime Minister for the Company's products.

Along with developing production and business, the company also focuses on taking care of the lives of workers. For many consecutive years, the company has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Provincial Federation of Labor for its outstanding achievements in facilitating trade union activities and caring for workers at the enterprise. In 2020 and 2023, it was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang province; in 2020, it was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the State Capital Management Committee at Enterprises. After 18 years, overcoming many ups and downs, until today, Tan Quang Cement Joint Stock Company - VVMI has a new position and strength. Tan Quang Cement products are blending in with the development and integration of the country.
