ThaiBinh Seed Central - Central Highlands Co., Ltd.'s new facility covers nearly 10,000 ^{square meters} with a total investment of approximately 50 billion VND. Construction officially commenced in early April 2024.

The facility is a comprehensive and modern investment with full amenities to support production and business operations. This includes an administrative building with an area of ^​​520m² and supporting facilities such as a yard, roads, parking area, guardhouse, fire protection system, and landscaping.

The factory complex, covering an area of ​​1,700 ^m² , is designed as a closed-loop system encompassing all stages from drying and processing to packaging and shipping.

The newly installed, non-returning drying system consists of 4 drying floors with a capacity of 30 tons/floor, 2 separate screw conveyors, and complete auxiliary equipment; modern technology and automation in most stages maximize drying capacity, achieving 120 tons of fresh rice per day and night, and resulting in more uniform seed quality after drying.

For the processing stage, the company invested in installing two additional grain sorting machines; the current processing capacity at the factory reaches 6-7 tons of finished product per hour.

The warehouse meets the standards for storing plant seedlings, with an area of ​​nearly 3,000 ^m² and a storage capacity of nearly 3,500 tons at any given time…
