On May 20, teams and stations of the Road and Railway Traffic Police Department (PC5, Ho Chi Minh City Police) in collaboration with the Police of districts and Thu Duc City simultaneously launched specialized groups to patrol, control and handle violations (referred to as coalition teams) in the area.
Coalition teams including: Mobile Police, Commune Police, Criminal, Drug and Economic Police cooperate with traffic police to crack down on people who are aggressive against law enforcement officers and criminal activities on road traffic routes. These groups will operate from May 20 to July 5.

The coalition team will focus on areas, rural traffic routes, roads leading to industrial parks, areas with many food and beverage shops, bars, restaurants, routes with eco-tourism areas, entertainment attractions, mining mines, construction materials to handle violations of alcohol concentration, "expanding" trunks, transporting goods, over-weight and oversized goods, etc.
In the process of implementation, on the basis of the actual situation of routes, locations, subjects, time, violation rules, etc., the coalition team will have patrol and control methods, flexible operating time, change routes, inspection and handling areas, so that violators do not know the operating rules, know in advance the inspection area to avoid.
