A boost from two breakthroughs.

The Dao people of Xa Phin village, Thanh Thuy commune, still preserve their traditional culture, contributing to the attractiveness of the community.

The first Party Congress of Thanh Thuy Commune, for the 2025-2030 term, identified two breakthroughs: developing high-value, high-quality, endemic agricultural products linked to the product value chain; and comprehensive digital transformation, effectively utilizing national databases, focusing on building specialized databases of digitized products to serve the commune-level management work.

Immediately after its establishment, the Thanh Thuy Commune Party Committee focused on innovating leadership in a scientific direction, coupled with promoting digital transformation and enhancing the responsibility of its officials. Through the establishment of the Steering Committee for Digital Transformation and the application of management software, the commune is determined to build a modern government and improve citizen satisfaction. As a result, from July 1st to December 8th, the commune received 1,008 applications, with the majority (789 applications submitted through online public services) (782 applications have been processed). Notably, the index for serving citizens and businesses on the National Public Service Portal reached a high level: 91.07/100 points. Online payment also saw positive progress, collecting over 11.1 million VND out of a total of 13.3 million VND in fees and charges. These figures affirm the local government's efforts in modernizing administration, enhancing transparency, and providing maximum convenience for the people.

The Public Administrative Service Center of Thanh Thuy commune effectively serves the needs of the people.

To achieve a breakthrough in developing specialized agriculture linked to value chains, the Thanh Thuy Commune Party Committee focuses on leading the people to maintain and improve the quality of key crops. Currently, the entire commune continues to cultivate 362.5 hectares of tea, with a stable yield of 95 quintals/hectare, along with 652 hectares of cardamom that are in the ripening stage, preparing for harvest. Simultaneously, the commune prioritizes the development of four 3-star OCOP products from the Tra Peng Cooperative and the Thanh Thuy Cooperative, notably fermented tea, traditional tea, and Chot 468 tea, aiming to affirm the brand and value of local agricultural products. The commune encourages people to engage in concentrated, commercial livestock farming; expand trade and services in the commune center, gradually forming agricultural value chains linked to stable markets, creating momentum for sustainable economic development in the locality.

Comrade Le Manh Dung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of the commune, said: Immediately after the Congress, the commune Party Committee developed and issued an Action Program to implement the Resolution of the First Party Congress of the commune, term 2025-2030. This program clearly defines specific tasks and solutions in each field, especially focusing on effectively implementing the two breakthroughs that have been set forth. The commune Party Committee organized conferences to study the resolution, directed the dissemination and popularization of the resolution to village Party branches, and mobilized the consensus and cooperation of cadres, Party members, and the people in the implementation process. In addition, to evaluate the results of the tasks, the Party committee regularly held meetings to review and assess the current situation, promptly identifying weaknesses, difficulties, and key issues to propose specific and feasible solutions, improving the effectiveness of leadership and guidance.

With a spirit of unity, dynamism, and creativity, the Party Committee, government, and people of Thanh Thuy commune are determined to successfully implement breakthroughs, maximize potential and advantages to build a more prosperous, beautiful, and civilized locality, contributing to the overall development of the province in the new development space.
