The National Assembly delegates from constituency No. 5 include delegates Le Trung Thanh, Director of the Department of Science, Technology, Environment and Building Materials of the Ministry of Construction , and Vice President of the Vietnam Building Materials Association; and Nguyen Danh Tu, a full-time National Assembly delegate at the National Assembly's Committee on Law and Justice, Vice President of the Vietnam-Mexico Friendship Parliamentary Group, and Vice President of the Young National Assembly Deputies Group.
Members of the National Assembly from constituency number 5 presented gifts to families receiving preferential treatment and impoverished households in Vinh Thong ward.
At the conference, voters listened to Representative Le Trung Thanh announce the results of the first session of the 16th National Assembly. Voters conveyed many opinions and suggestions to the National Assembly representatives regarding various issues related to people's lives, security, order, and socio -economic development.
Voters in Ward 4 have reported an increasing number of food poisoning cases and requested increased inspection and management of food hygiene and safety. Currently, many canals are polluted by household waste, and they request that relevant authorities strengthen waste collection and treatment efforts.

Voters in Ward 4, Vinh Thong Commune, have requested that efforts be intensified to collect and process household waste.
Voter Nguyen Quoc Trung, residing in Tan Dien neighborhood, suggested considering including vaccines for adults and children in the list of vaccinations covered by health insurance. He also suggested that methamphetamine addicts be sent to compulsory rehabilitation immediately upon testing positive.
Voter Nguyen Thanh Nam, residing in Ward 6, reflected that recently, the price of gasoline and diesel has increased, leading to higher costs for plowing and fertilizer, while the price of rice has decreased. He requested solutions to stabilize the prices of gasoline, diesel, and rice for farmers.

Voters in Ward 6, Vinh Thong Commune, have proposed solutions to stabilize gasoline and rice prices.
Voter Vo Van Dung, residing in Tan Hung neighborhood, proposed investing in upgrading infrastructure, especially expanding connecting roads within the ward, and paying attention to investing in clean water supply lines to serve the people.
Voters in Ward 3 have raised concerns about the inadequacies in extending health insurance coverage, which negatively impacts efforts to promote and encourage people to participate in health insurance; there are still instances where people, when seeking medical treatment under health insurance, have to purchase medication from outside sources.

Voters in Tan Hung neighborhood have requested an upgrade to the transportation infrastructure in the ward.
Voters have petitioned for solutions to the shortage of doctors at commune and ward health stations. Currently, the province has assigned health stations to commune and ward management, and while a plan exists, the infrastructure and personnel are insufficient, affecting the provision of medical services to the people.
In addition, voters in Vinh Thong ward requested a review of increasing allowances for ward and commune-level officials, security and order protection forces, and neighborhood and hamlet officials.
The National Assembly representatives from constituency number 5 acknowledge and accept all opinions from voters and will compile them to send to the relevant authorities for resolution.
