Through the review and completion of information, the entire province has initially collected data on 468,624 land parcels. After nearly two months of implementing the intensive campaign, nearly 275,000 land parcels have been reviewed, corrected, completed, and updated into the national land information system (reaching 58.67%). Of these, the Land Registration Office cleaned up 85,828 land parcels; and communes, wards, and special zones cleaned up 178,625 land parcels.
A total of nearly 333,900 land parcels have been verified and matched with the national land database. 15,501 cadastral maps have been completed, standardized, edited, and synchronized with the VNPT_iLIS software, achieving a 100% completion rate. Five localities have completed synchronization with the national land database system for over 10,000 land parcels; 21 localities have completed synchronization for 5,000 to 10,000 land parcels; 19 localities have completed synchronization for 1,000 to 5,000 land parcels; and 9 localities have completed synchronization for less than 1,000 land parcels. Based on these results, Quang Ninh is currently among the top 7 localities with the highest land data cleaning rate nationwide.

The conference focused on analyzing the difficulties, obstacles, and shortcomings in the work of collecting and synchronizing land data, such as: the lack of synchronization in updating spatial data from localities, which has been measured over many years and has undergone changes but has not been adjusted or updated on cadastral maps; the lack of timely coordination between software providers and other units; and the lack of technological infrastructure in localities...
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Van Dien, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Steering Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the departments, agencies, and localities in implementing the intensive campaign. He requested that localities continue to focus on implementation, striving to complete the synchronization of 100% of the collected land parcel data by the end of June. In particular, for the five groups – land parcels with missing land titles, land parcels with mortgaged titles, land parcels currently undergoing property division, land parcels under dispute, and land parcels requiring supplementary surveying – completion should be completed before June 15th.
For land parcels lacking data, the comrade requested that supplementary surveys be conducted and data updates completed by October 2026, in accordance with the provincial directives.

Concluding the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The results of this intensive campaign provide valuable practical experience for continuing to complete the national land database in the province, ensuring it meets the criteria of being "accurate, complete, clean, and relevant." To ensure the progress set by the Provincial Steering Committee, the responsibilities of each department, sector, and locality must be clearly defined. He requested the early selection of a consulting unit to build the land database and upgrade the software. The synchronization of the land database must be monitored daily to allow for adjustments and ensure the set deadline is met.
