Ms. Le Thi Giang, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Quang Ninh commune, said: "In recent years, along with the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns initiated by the Women's Union at all levels, and the key tasks of the Union's work, the Women's Union of Quang Ninh commune has coordinated with the local government and entrusted organizations to proactively implement the contents of the joint documents, entrustment contracts, and authorization contracts signed with the Social Policy Bank."
From 2025 to the present, thanks to the efforts of the Women's Union of the commune and the close coordination with the Social Policy Bank, the entrusted activities of the Women's Union of the commune have become increasingly organized and effective. After implementing the two-tiered local government model, despite many difficulties, the Women's Union of the commune, with its responsibility in the entrusted task, has guided loan groups to implement and carry out their tasks effectively.

To date, the Women's Union of the commune is entrusted with managing loans totaling approximately 180 billion VND, with over 1,050 households borrowing capital through 25 savings and loan groups. Loan capital is disbursed to the correct beneficiaries, and borrowers use the capital for the intended purpose and effectively.
Through its entrusted activities with the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP), the organization has played a crucial role in facilitating and supporting women, especially poor women, to directly access loan capital. This has helped women develop self-reliance in economic development, improve their lives, contribute to the development of the organization's activities, and strengthen the bond between members and the organization.
Ms. Tran Thi Hang, from Tay village, is one of the members of the Women's Union of the commune who has received support and guidance to improve her economic situation. Ms. Hang shared: "Previously, my family's economy depended on a few acres of rice fields, and life was quite difficult; for many years, we were classified as a near-poor household. The Women's Union of the commune has guided me in accessing preferential loan capital and advised me on livestock farming models to increase my income. With a loan of 100 million VND, I invested in renovating my livestock pens to raise pigs and chickens. To cover living expenses, I also utilize my garden land to grow vegetables. Now, after 3 years of accessing the loan, my family's income has become more stable, averaging 50-60 million VND per year."
With the results achieved, the Women's Union of Quang Ninh commune has affirmed its important role as a bridge between the Social Policy Bank and the people, especially poor and vulnerable women, thereby helping them develop their economy and increase their income.
In the coming period, the Women's Union of the commune will continue to promote its role and responsibilities in entrusted activities, considering this an important political task, contributing to the effective implementation of sustainable poverty reduction goals, ensuring social security and enhancing the status of women in the area.
"With the close leadership of the Party Committee, the synchronized and close coordination of the government, departments, and mass organizations, and the consensus of women and the people, the entrusted lending activities of the Women's Union of Quang Ninh commune will achieve many important results, thereby contributing to the completion of socio-economic development tasks in the locality," said Ms. Le Thi Giang, President of the Women's Union of Quang Ninh commune.
