The Department requested that key tourist areas arrange temporary parking areas and regulate traffic to avoid localized congestion; focus on rescue and emergency response at beaches, swimming pools, and other public places. In addition, it called for increased inspection and control of compliance with regulations on registration, price listing, and selling at the listed price to prevent price gouging, unfair pricing, and speculation that negatively impacts the local tourism image.
