Accordingly, 64 resettlement land plots in Hoa Khanh ward are offered for lease for a period of 36 months, including 25 plots from numbers 49 to 73 on Hoang Trung Thong, Tran Dieu Luat, and Hoa Phu 10 streets; 18 plots from numbers 75 to 92 on Hoa Phu 10 street; and 21 plots on Nam Tran street.
In addition, the city leased four large plots of land. Among them, the plot designated DT is located between the Da Nang Petroleum Products Depot and the permanent militia naval base in Son Tra ward, with frontage on Yet Kieu street and a planned 7.5m wide road, covering an area of 16,145m2.
Two plots of land, designated TL and CN, are also located in this area, both with a planned road frontage of 7.5m, and areas of 4,533m2 and 3,305m2 respectively. In addition, plot number 19 on Le Hong Phong Street, Hai Chau Ward, has an area of 586.2m2 . These four plots of land are leased for a period of 24 months.
The land plots and areas are all designated for transportation infrastructure purposes such as warehouses, car parks, and parking lots. Leasing is expected to commence in Q2/2026. The Da Nang City Land Development Center will coordinate with relevant units to determine and approve the starting price and organize the selection of lessees in accordance with the law.
