Highlights of the folk art and literature exchange program "The Plateau Calls"

On the evening of June 28, the Dak Lak Literature and Arts Association coordinated with the Vietnam Puppetry Theatre and the Mobile Police Department (Provincial Police) to organize a folk art and literature exchange program with the theme "The Highlands Calling".

Attending the program were Director of the Vietnam Puppetry Theatre, People's Artist Nguyen Tien Dung; Deputy Head of the Mobile Police Department (Provincial Police), Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Duong; Chairman of the Dak Lak Literature and Arts Association Nie Thanh Mai; officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Department (Provincial Police), and artists inside and outside the province.

At the program, the audience enjoyed many attractive performances such as the mashup of Beloved Dak Lak and Still Love Each Other, Returning to Buon Ma Thuot; the dance “Sparkling Peacock”; the puppet show “Maturity Day”… performed by artisans, artists, and actors inside and outside the province.

The program is not only an opportunity for exchange and connection between central and local units, but also an activity of important cultural and political significance to celebrate the announcement ceremony of resolutions and decisions of the central and local governments on merging provincial and commune-level administrative units; and the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Public Security (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025).
