According to the plan, by 2025, the province will deploy 100% of eligible administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal. Restructure the process to shorten the time, reduce the number of documents, and use available data instead of paperwork.
Receiving and returning results will be done synchronously, prioritizing online and via public post. In particular, the province aims for 90% of people and businesses to be satisfied when using online public services by 2025.
Quang Ngai also requires measuring and periodically announcing satisfaction levels, establishing a quick and transparent feedback mechanism, and ranking competitions between agencies and localities to promote administrative reform and digital transformation.
The ultimate goal is to build a modern, friendly, time- and cost-saving administration, with people's satisfaction as the measure.
