Da Nang launches 90-day campaign to complete land database

DNO - The People's Committee of Da Nang City has just issued a plan to implement a 90-day campaign to build and complete a land database and decided to establish a Working Group to implement the campaign (abbreviated as Working Group 515).

Accordingly, the campaign will be implemented from September 1 to November 30, 2025 throughout the city, including communes, wards, villages, hamlets, residential groups, and residential groups. The campaign's goal is to complete the city's land database; ensure the criteria of "correct - sufficient - clean - living - unified - shared"; create a foundation for the development of e- Government , serving the state management of land in a transparent and effective manner.

The campaign's implementation also aims to improve the quality of public service provision; reform and simplify administrative procedures on land for people and businesses in the electronic environment; and at the same time ensure that the city's land database is connected, shared and synchronized smoothly with the national population database and other specialized databases, serving sustainable socio -economic development.

In addition, the City People's Committee established Working Group 515 with Mr. Pham Nam Son, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Da Nang as the head; Ms. Trinh Thi Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment as the permanent deputy head, and 24 members representing relevant departments, branches and units.

The working group is responsible for researching and proposing to the 515 Steering Committee to issue and implement a 90-day campaign plan to build and complete the land database; help the steering committee urge and inspect localities in establishing commune-level steering committees; organize and implement the campaign, collect all types of land use right certificates, housing certificates, and citizen identification cards of land users and home owners that have not been updated in the land database, in order to complete the entire land data of the city.
