On the evening of June 30, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Duong , the Hai Phong Press and Communication Center, Hai Duong Newspaper and Radio - Television Station organized the television program "Radiant Hai Phong" at 2 locations: Hai Phong City Theater Square and the Eastern Culture Center (Hai Duong province).

Also attending at the two locations were members of the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee and Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee; Vice Chairmen of the People's Council and People's Committee of Hai Phong City and Hai Duong Province; leaders of departments, branches and sectors of Hai Phong City and Hai Duong Province and leaders of 114 communes, wards and special zones.
