"Giant" military equipment parades on Ba Dinh Square again after 40 years
Since 1985, this is the second time a large-scale military parade has taken place at Ba Dinh Square, celebrating the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2.

On the evening of August 21, the first general training activity of armed forces participating in the parade and marching in the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2 took place at Ba Dinh Square ( Hanoi ). Tens of thousands of police and military soldiers, along with military vehicles and parade forces, participated in the general training.
After 40 years since 1985, there was a large-scale mass of vehicles, weapons and equipment participating in the parade at Ba Dinh Square. T-62 tank belongs to the Armored Corps. The most modern T-90S tanks of the Vietnam People's Army participate in combined training at Ba Dinh Square. BMP-1 and BMP-2 armored vehicles roll past the podium.
