Vietnamese AI unexpectedly surpasses Deepseek and Gemini in the hearts of users

According to a survey, nearly 80% of online users in Vietnam have experienced AI in the past three months.

In particular, a domestic AI called "AI Hay" unexpectedly surpassed Gemini and Deepseek in terms of satisfaction index.

ChatGPT still leads with 81% of users, while Gemini reaches 51% and Meta is at 36%.

Besides, AI Hay is in the top 10 with 9% and Kiki with 3%, affirming the mark of Vietnamese technology.

Vietnamese users prioritize three factors when choosing an AI platform: reasonable cost, ease of use and accuracy.

Localization helps AI Hay score points, especially in its ability to support natural and culturally appropriate Vietnamese.

However, privacy and inaccurate feedback remain challenges that users are concerned about.
