Ha Tinh Armed Forces join hands to support schools in cleaning up after the storm
(Baohatinh.vn) - Military, police and border forces have mobilized thousands of officers and soldiers to support schools in coastal communes in northern Ha Tinh to overcome the consequences of storm No. 5.

As one of the areas directly affected when storm No. 5 made landfall in Ha Tinh , the northern coastal communes such as Co Dam, Xuan Lien, Nghi Xuan, and Tien Dien suffered great damage when thousands of houses had their roofs blown off, trees were broken, and infrastructure and facilities were damaged.
According to Ha Tinh Newspaper reporters, dozens of schools in the northern coastal communes of Ha Tinh were severely damaged. Many schools had their roofs blown off, trees fell on their facilities, and tables, chairs, and teaching and learning materials were soaked by rainwater.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee, Ha Tinh armed forces including military , police and border guards mobilized maximum officers, soldiers and many facilities and equipment to support schools in overcoming the consequences after the storm.
At Xuan Lien Kindergarten, Co Dam Commune, from the morning of August 27, Ha Tinh Border Guard mobilized dozens of officers and soldiers to saw and cut down fallen trees; trim and re-erect fallen trees; and clean up the school yard.

The work was carried out quickly with the goal of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5 in the fastest time.
At Xuan Lien Primary School, many trees were also broken, roofs of buildings were blown off, and student desks and chairs were wet due to the storm.
The Provincial Military Command has directed units stationed in the area to dispatch forces to support the school in recovering from the storm.
On August 27, the Provincial Military Command dispatched nearly 2,500 officers and soldiers to support localities in overcoming the consequences of storm No. 5, including coastal communes in the north of Ha Tinh.
Teachers joined hands with armed forces to clean up the school after the storm.
The damage caused by the storm to educational facilities in Ha Tinh in general and the northern coastal communes in particular was enormous.
Many decades-old trees in schools fell and broke due to storms.
Along with the military and border guards, Ha Tinh Police also mobilized maximum forces to support localities and educational institutions to recover after the storm.
Forces are joining hands to support schools to ensure safety and cleanliness before the new school year begins.
