This morning, February 15th, in the joyful atmosphere of celebrating the Party and the Lunar New Year of the Dragon, the Standing Committee of the Dong Ha City Party Committee solemnly organized a wreath-laying ceremony in commemoration of General Secretary Le Duan at Le Duan Park, Dong Ha City. Attending the ceremony were the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang; the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Van Hung; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee; and leaders of Dong Ha City.

At the ceremony, in a solemn atmosphere, delegates respectfully laid flowers before the statue of General Secretary Le Duan to commemorate his immense contributions to the cause of national liberation and reunification; expressing profound gratitude to the steadfast communist, the outstanding leader of the Vietnamese revolution, the excellent disciple of President Ho Chi Minh , and the distinguished son of Quang Tri province.

For Quang Tri , General Secretary Le Duan always held deep love and affection for his homeland. Remembering General Secretary Le Duan's advice, the Party Committee, military, and people of Dong Ha City pledge to unite and resolutely implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term, building a more prosperous and beautiful homeland.
