Muong Ang is one of the localities that does a good job of cadre rotation. Muong Ang district has thoroughly grasped the requirement of cadre rotation to all agencies, units and cadres subject to rotation in the area. At the same time, frankly analyzing the causes and limitations in the rotation of staff has been carried out, thereby drawing lessons from experience. Maintain positions and payrolls of cadres rotated at the old unit, do not cut payrolls to communes as before, create conditions for rotating cadres to feel secure in their work and fulfill their tasks well. Every 3 - 6 months, organize meetings with rotating officers to assess and capture their thoughts and aspirations; promptly remove difficulties and problems arising from the grassroots.
With a careful and clear approach, ensuring the principle of democratic centralism, from 2016 to now, the Standing Committee of Muong Ang District Party Committee has mobilized and rotated dozens of cadres from the district to the commune and vice versa. again. Most of the cadres rotated are more mature, grasp and run the work more comprehensively, do well in the work of democratic centralization, reduce the situation of partiality and factions in the locality; trusted by the people. Many cadres after the rotation have been trusted and appointed by their superiors to hold higher positions.
As a trained and mature officer from the grassroots level, Mr. Nguyen Duc Quang, Head of Education and Training Department of Muong Ang district shared: Having worked as an officer of the Office of the District Party Committee, in 2018 I was appointed by the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee. assigned to join the Party Committee of Ngoi Cay Commune, hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, and be elected Chairman of the Commune People's Committee. My time with the establishment has helped me become more mature in leadership and management. Especially the experience must regularly go to the grassroots, grasp the thoughts and aspirations, promptly deal with the people's legitimate opinions and recommendations; well implement grassroots democracy regulations, promote the pioneering and exemplary role of the leader. Those lessons have helped me manage and operate more smoothly as the Head of Education and Training Department.
