(NLĐO) - Dat Xanh Group has changed its name to BLUEMARQ Group, shifting from a real estate development model to an investment and asset management group.

On May 20th, Dat Xanh Group Joint Stock Company (DXG) officially announced the rebranding of its company to BLUEMARQ Group Joint Stock Company, marking a new phase in the company's development strategy after more than 20 years of operation in the real estate market.

According to the company representative, the brand change is not just about a new identity but is also linked to a comprehensive restructuring of the operating model. BLUEMARQ Group aims to shift from a traditional real estate development company to a conglomerate that invests in, manages assets, and develops real estate according to international standards.

Mr. Bui Ngoc Duc, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BLUEMARQ Group, believes that the real estate market is entering a new phase of transformation, where capital is no longer primarily focused on "build and sell" activities but is gradually shifting towards asset management and long-term value exploitation.

According to Mr. Duc, the process of perfecting the market's legal framework also opens up opportunities for more sustainable development for businesses with the capacity to restructure.

At the event, Mr. Luong Tri Thin, founder and Chairman of the Strategic Council, emphasized that business models based solely on product development and sales are often heavily impacted by market cycles. Meanwhile, long-term corporations typically build a foundation for asset management and generate stable cash flow from their investment ecosystem.

According to Mr. Thin, this renaming and repositioning is a step aimed at expanding the company's role in the financial and real estate value chain.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, General Director of BLUEMARQ Group, stated that the group's new ecosystem is built on four main pillars. BLUEMARQ Investment is responsible for investment and connecting strategic capital sources; BLUEMARQ Development focuses on project development; BLUEMARQ Asset Management handles asset management and operation and optimizes long-term revenue; and the Dat Xanh brand continues to maintain its role as a real estate service and distribution system with a network of nearly 100 companies and branches nationwide.

According to the company, the name BLUEMARQ combines "BLUE"—a symbol of reliability, discipline, and the mindset of international financial institutions—with "MARQ," signifying leadership. The new brand identity uses a deep blue tone combined with gold accents, aiming for a more modern and professional image.

BLUEMARQ Group currently has consolidated total assets of over VND 38,100 billion, charter capital of over VND 11,141 billion, and approximately 4,500 employees.
