A timely, on-demand video can reach thousands of people in just a few hours. In the past, to convey a warning message, it had to be through a public meeting, loudspeaker or leaflet, but now everything happens flexibly on each person's phone.

The police of communes and wards apply this method in the following contents: Warning about new fraud tricks, instructions on identifying fake information, skills to handle fires and explosions, traffic safety, or forms of crime appearing in the online environment.

Content that seems dry becomes familiar when illustrated with cartoon characters, simulated situations similar to real life, a fake call, a winning text message, a strange link, a small traffic accident… People from the elderly to teenagers can easily accept it. And when the content is easy to understand, preventive actions also become more natural.

In the context of increasing cybercrime, AI-based voice and image impersonation techniques are becoming more and more sophisticated, the police force proactively using technology to combat the negative side of technology is the right direction.
