The commune has a population of over 29,000 people, exceeding the minimum required; its natural area is 61.69 km², significantly higher than the required standard. These are important indicators reflecting the scale and development potential of the locality.

Furthermore, the urban population ratio of the commune is approximately 59%, exceeding the minimum requirement for a ward-level administrative unit; the multidimensional poverty rate of the commune is currently around 0.40%, lower than the provincial average, indicating that people's living standards are improving and social security is ensured.

The commune's economic structure continues to shift towards urbanization, with the industrial-construction and trade-service sectors accounting for approximately 71.5%, exceeding the required level. This is an important foundation for Vinh Loi to develop into a modern urban model, gradually reducing its dependence on traditional agriculture.
