“Minister of Transport Nguyen Van Thang posted for the first time, but his demeanor was mature, he firmly grasped the field, and answered frankly. Although he has no expertise in transport, but with experience in many working positions, the Minister has correctly answered the questions posed by the National Assembly deputies. I hope the Minister will remove the current "bottlenecks", inadequacies in the development of transport infrastructure as well as the state management of transport.
For the Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat, it may be because the first time he answered, the preparation was not good, so he was not confident at first, it seems that the Minister was shaken before the National Assembly. But then the minister responded better.”

* NE Nguyen Dai Thang (Hung Yen): Need to clearly see the bottlenecks
We are focusing on developing transport infrastructure, building many highways, including removing bottlenecks in terms of site clearance, land and materials... to speed up the disbursement of public investment, especially traffic works. I questioned and hoped that through this question, the Minister of Transport would clearly see the bottlenecks and inadequacies in the field and have solutions to solve them. Together with the upcoming laws to be passed, especially the revised Land Law, we will be able to have a synchronous mechanism to strongly develop transport infrastructure, creating conditions for the country's development.
The Minister also clearly recognized the weaknesses of the state management of transport, including the field of registration.

Representative Nguyen Quang Huan (Binh Duong): The questions of the National Assembly deputies show their expectations
I sympathize with Minister of Science and Technology Huynh Thanh Dat because this is a very large and very important field, there are many things that are really "burden" placed on the shoulders of the Minister. But the questions of the National Assembly deputies show our expectations about the field of science and technology, the leading national policy. I felt the Minister answer the request, straight to the point.
In particular, I appreciate the management of the National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue's very close questioning.
