On November 22, Changpeng Zhao announced his resignation as CEO of Binance exchange. This move was part of an agreement between the US Department of Justice (DOJ) and Binance. On the same day, CZ also appeared in court in Seattle and pleaded guilty to "failing to comply with anti-money laundering regulations."

Although he will no longer hold an executive role, CZ will retain a majority ownership stake in the company. Richard Teng, former global regional market director of Binance, will be appointed as the new CEO of Binance.
Sam Altman returns as CEO of OpenAI.
In a statement released on November 22, OpenAI announced that Sam Altman has returned to the company as CEO. The startup is also in the process of restructuring its board of directors.

The announcement seems to have brought to a close a tumultuous week for OpenAI. On November 18th, OpenAI unexpectedly announced that Sam Altman was no longer its CEO and had stepped down from the company's board of directors.
The decision to fire Sam Altman came as a huge surprise to the tech world, as Altman was a crucial figure at OpenAI and considered the "father" of ChatGPT, OpenAI's most successful product to date.

For about a week now, many TikTok users have reported frequently encountering videos advertising a gambling app called "Dragon********". These videos come from various accounts of different female TikTokers.

The common thread in these videos is that female TikTokers dress provocatively and attract viewers through dance moves. These popular TikTokers all wear the same type of shirt printed with the logo and name of the gambling app, thereby drawing viewers' attention.
Notably, these TikTok accounts all boast a large following, ranging from several hundred thousand to millions of followers. Each video attracts 200,000-500,000 views, and some even trend and achieve millions of interactions along with hundreds of comments.
