NDO - On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the National Day of the Republic of Belarus (July 3, 1991 - July 3, 2024), on July 3, President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to President Aleksandr Lukashenko; Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Roman Golovchenko; and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to the Chairperson of the Council of the Republic (Upper House) Natalya Kochanova and the Chairperson of the House of Representatives (Lower House) Igor Sergeyenko.
