On November 8, the working delegation of the Provincial Steering Committee for Mass Mobilization (Provincial Steering Committee 190) worked at Lung Tang village, Hong Ngai commune, Bac Yen district.

Lung Tang village has 228 households (53 poor households), 100% of whom are Mong ethnic people. The Party cell has 32 members. The people are united, strictly implementing the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; maintaining the village free of drugs and social evils. The implementation of democracy at the grassroots level is regularly and effectively implemented. The whole district has 103 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models at all levels.
Lung Tang village has proposed that the district and province soon complete the asphalting of the road from the commune center to the village, which is currently 7.5 km out of 19.5 km unpaved; and pay attention to investing in building a village cultural house so that people have a place to hold meetings and community activities.
The working delegation shared difficulties and gave opinions so that the village, commune and district could effectively implement local political tasks in the coming time.
On this occasion, the Provincial Steering Committee 190 presented 12 gifts to the Party Cell, the Village Management Board and 10 elderly people in especially difficult circumstances.
