FrenchMidfielder Aurelien Tchouameni accidentally talked about how Mbappe will conquer Spanish fans, while both sides are keeping the information secret.
In an interview on the channel Telefoot (France) on March 24, Aurelien Tchouameni said about Kylian Mbappe: "Spanish fans know about Kylian, but when they watch him every day, they can realize his greatness."
When posted to the media, Tchouameni's interview spread as a confirmation of Mbappe joining Real Madrid. After that, Telefoot had to delete the interview on its social network account X.
Previously, when asked about Mbappe's transfer on the channel Sky Sports, Tchouameni remained private: “Honestly, at the moment, I don't mind it. Let's wait and see what he will do. Currently, he is still a PSG player. We will see what happens.”

Mbappe himself does not want to announce his future yet, because he respects PSG and wants to focus most on the final months of the season. He has set the time to reveal the new club before Euro 2024, the tournament taking place from June 14 to July 6.
“I will go to the Euros with a calm head and ready to do great things,” Mbappe said.
Mbappe only has a contract with PSG until the end of the 2023-2024 season. According to French and Spanish press, the 25-year-old striker has reached an agreement to join Real Madrid on a free transfer. Real did not have to pay a transfer fee, but accepted to pay 108 million USD separately for Mbappe. In addition, they also gave Mbappe the highest salary at the Bernabeu, surpassing the 13 million per season of Vinicius and Jude Bellingham.
Tchouameni joined Real Madrid in 2022, for 88 million. He is a close teammate of Mbappe in the French team. In the friendly match lost 0-2 to Germany on March 23, two players both started.
Mbappe has won six Ligue 1 and holds the record of scoring 250 goals for PSG. With France, the 25-year-old striker won the 2018 World Cup, reached the 2022 World Cup final and was crowned top scorer of the 2022 World Cup.
