However, at the time of approval of general planning and subdivision planning, the detailed planning documents of 1/500 scale of previously approved projects have not been fully updated. Due to the difference between the plannings, residential and urban projects, including the projects of Nova Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company in Long Hung and Tam Phuoc wards, are temporarily suspended. construction and business.

However, for nearly two years now, the approval of related plans has been delayed, making it impossible for enterprises to carry out construction investment procedures to conduct business in these projects.
