However, at the time of approval of general planning and subdivision planning, the detailed planning documents of 1/500 scale of previously approved projects have not been fully updated. Due to the difference between the plannings, residential and urban projects, including the projects of Nova Real Estate Investment Group Joint Stock Company in Long Hung and Tam Phuoc wards, are temporarily suspended. construction and business.

At the time of transfer, these projects have all been approved by the competent authority with investment policies, approved detailed construction planning at the scale of 1/500, allocated land, leased land for implementation, and granted construction permits. However, for nearly two years now, the approval of related plans has been delayed, making it impossible for enterprises to carry out construction investment procedures to conduct business in these projects. The problems related to the inconsistency between the general planning of Bien Hoa city, the planning of C4 subdivision, the detailed planning of the projects and the problem of arranging land fund for construction of social housing in the districts. project mentioned above.
